~Parking is available immediately adjacent to the cabin for a maximum of two (2) standard vehicles. In addition, one camper (popup, pickup camper, RV less than 30') will be allowed at the cabin for an additional charge of $15.00 per night.
~Minor children of cabin occupants may pitch a tent at no extra charge next to the cabin
~Cabins are available by registration only and may be reserved up to 12 months in advance.
~Reservations are taken by phone or walk-in at the Conservation Board Office in the Court House, 1202 Broadway - 1st Floor, Denison- 712-263-2748.
~Cabin fees for the entire stay must be paid within fourteen (14) days of when reservation was made. A $100.00 clean-up deposit must be paid prior to cabin use.
~you will receive a confirmation of your reservation following receipt of payment.
~There is a $30.00 sevice charge for all returned checks.
~Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
~Renters may check in after 2:00 p.m. and are required to check out by 11:00 a.m.
~Cabin keys may be retrieved from the key safe lock box on the cabin.
~When leaving, keys are to be placed in lock box on cabin.
~Lost or stolen keys will result in a $50 replacement charge.
~Cabins and surrounding area should be cleaned and left in good condition. You will be held responsible for any damage and theft occuring during your stay.
~No refunds are given upon cancellation however, a rain check will be given and may be used within one (1) year of cancellation date, subject to available accomodations
~ Smoking is prohibited in the cabins
~Quiet hours are 10:30 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
~Non-Registered guests must leave by 10:30 p.m.
~Responsible party of record will be held responsible for any damages, theft, or pet clean up.
~No kegs allowed
~No pets are allowed in the cabins
~No one under 21 is allowed to occupy a cabin unless accompanied by a parent/guardian 21 yrs or older.
~Maximum number of occupants per cabin is six (6)
~No electric fry pans
~Park Rangers are given authority to refuse rental privileges and rescind any and all rental permits for cause.
~All Park Rules & Regulations of the Crawford County Conservation Board are in effect.
~In case of emergency, contact the Park Ranger @ (712)263-2070 or the Crawford County Sherriff @ (712)263-2146 or 911
~ The Park ranger may enter the cabin in case of emergency.
